Need for markdown image size control.

At the moment, there is no way to control image size within a markdown file (on cacher.io).
Although GitHub and some others have different approaches to controlling image size via markdown.

The proposed syntax is:

![](https://example.com/image.png | width=50%) // preserve aspect ratio
![](https://example.com/image.png | width=50px,height=100px)
![](https://example.com/image.png | height=50px) // preserve aspect ratio

This screenshot proves the necessity of the given feature:
